Refund and Returns Policy
PPEC LIMITED A STANDARD 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please call or email our customer services department where we will be happy to help by generating you a case reference number. We will note your issue and look out for your return.
The item must be returned in the condition it was received. Unopened and sealed.
Returns received within 14 days can be refunded in the following ways:
A change of mind on the buyerās side: we will deduct the cost of outgoing postage and refund the difference.
If it is a fault accepted by the company postage costs will be agreed on a case by case basis. Please ensure you call in advance and receive a case reference.
Unfortunately products that have been opened are non-refundable.
