PPEC LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of Goods which are sold by PPEC Limited.
- By placing an order you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you place an order and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions (the “Conditions”) the following words shall have their corresponding meaning:
- “Buyer”- The person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.
- “Company”- PPEC ltd registered in England and Wales Reg. No. 08832130
- “Goods”- Any Goods agreed to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them).
- “Delivery Date”- The date on which the Goods are to be delivered as stipulated in the Buyer’s order and accepted by the Company.
- “Contract”-: Any agreement between the Company and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions.
UK LAW
- Benzocaine is 100% certified legal and compliant throughout the UK and Benzocaine sales comply with MHRA guidelines, it is not a controlled or restricted product providing that it is not misused or inaccurately marked for such, it should not be used for human consumption or in the manufacture of medicine.
BASIS OF SALE
- All information provided by the Buyer must be current and up to date, truthful and accurate to ensure a successful transaction. The company take no responsibility for errors made by the buyer.
- Company’s employees are not authorised to make and representations on the goods. The buyer confirms that it cannot rely on any claim made when making a purchase.
- Any information on the website or material produced by the company material should never replace the attention or advice of a physician or other health care professional. The Company strongly advises that anyone who is currently taking medicinal products and or suffer from any form of medical disorder should consult their doctor. PPEC Limited takes great effort in obtaining accuracy on the site but does not accept responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies
- Invitation to treat, The company reserves the right to refuse to sell any product to any buyer if not satisfied as to the lawfulness of the product’s end use. In these circumstances the buyer’s order will be immediately cancelled, any received funds will be returned and future orders will be denied. The company is not responsible for any misuse of our products.
- Should a buyer need to use a third party or business account to provide a funds transfer, the buyer acknowledges that they will provide Ppec with the name of such a person or company so that payments can be easily and correctly processed. The buyer acknowledges that should they fail to give full and correct information in relation to all aspects of ordering and purchasing of products that Ppec cannot be held responsible for delays ad issues that may arise directly because of such actions. In such a situation, the buyer agrees to waiver any responsibility for items not delivered within the standard available timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- Ppec offers no assurances that the products offered may be lawfully purchased for export from the United Kingdom and into the residing country of the buyer. Purchasing products may not be legal by certain individuals, organisations or companies in certain countries or states. By purchasing products from outside of the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country or states legislation. If any part of these terms and conditions is to be found invalid by a legal entity outside of the United Kingdom, the invalidity shall not affect these terms and conditions set by Ppec which will remain in full force and effect.
PRODUCT CHANGES AND TYPOGRAPHY ERRORS
- All documents produced by the company for example Sales literature and price lists are subject to alteration without notice.
- Ppec reserved the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products that have been listed at an incorrect price. In the event that money has been taken, Ppec will offer the customer the choice to purchase at the correct price or be refunded as soon as possible without any liability to the company.
COPYRIGHT
- The entire content of this site including but not limited to text graphics and code is copyrighted as a collective work under UK law. It is the property of Ppec Limited. The reproduction, display, transferring or distributing any text images or any other part of this site is strictly prohibited unless pre authorisation has been applied for in writing and granted by Ppec directly.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
- No warranty, commitments or obligations should be assumed by the buyer on the company’s behalf all concerns should be raised and answered in writing. All items are sold on an “as is” basis no opened goods can be refunded or returned.
- Company liability in relation to refunds and returns that have been received within agreed timescales and condition is limited to the funds already paid by the customer. The company is not liable for any additional losses or damages.
- To the fullest extent permissible Ppec disclaims all warranties express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness of a particular purpose and non-infringement. Ppec does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site or their correctness, accuracy, usefulness or otherwise.
- Ppec products are strictly not intended for human or animal testing. PPEC Limited will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the misapplication or misuse of our products on humans, animals or other property. It is the buyer’s responsibility to establish the legality of possession and importation of products in their country or region. Purchases are made at Buyers own risk and if you are unsure about any of the products available PPEC advises that you seek legal assistance before making a purchase.
- The buyer agrees that PPEC limited is in no way responsible for delay in service due to Third party errors, for example bank error or errors from services relating to electronic banking. Or for items damaged, lost or delayed in the postal system or by any other courier company instructed to deliver goods. If insurance is required the buyer must state in writing prior to shipment for this arrangement. We will accept no responsibility for goods being unobtainable from postal or courier employees due to incorrect information given which might impede delivery of goods or collection from local depots due to signatures and/ or identification being required.
- PPEC Limited accepts no responsibility for shipments confiscated or delayed by any customs agencies, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities, and will not refund or replace orders that may have been confiscated.
- For any potential customer who wishes to resell our products to third parties, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is a legitimate end user. Suspecting or believing that products purchased will be used for any illegal purpose is against current legislation. Should any of our team suspect that any products are intended for misuse, your order will be immediately cancelled, any received funds will be returned and future orders will be denied.

- You agree the indemnify, defend and hold harmless PPEC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs including legal fees resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity relating to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your account.
